Orders received up to 3.00pm will usually be dispatched the same working day except where holiday prohibit.
Orders received after 3.00pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Within the UK, all items are sent by Royal Mail Tracked service.
Royal Mail regulations only allow two aerosols per package, e.g. Mane Hair Thickening Spray, so additional charges may be incurred if you have a large package and the delivery will arrive in multiple packages.
Royal Mail Tracked Service provides a tracking number on all parcels and will be provided to enable you to track on the Royal Mail Tracked Services website. http://www.royalmail.com
Standard delivery is usually within 2-3 working days of dispatch. Standard delivery costs will be shown when you order unless they are already included in the price.
Guaranteed Next Day delivery service is available at a cost of £7.50. To use this service orders must be placed by 3.00pm on any working day. Next Day Saturday delivery service is also available and at no extra cost. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday for next day delivery will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
Working day means any day of the week between Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays. (Adverse weather conditions or Acts of God will also impact our ability to send out post).
Delivery of parcels to UK remote areas (those with postcodes beginning with GY, HS2, IM, JE, KW16-17, PA61-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-3) will be at Royal Mails discretion, typically three working days of despatch for next day delivery and five days for standard delivery.
The post office will hold items for 7 days before it is returned to us. We are happy to resend once we have received the item back. Additional post costs would be required.
Signature or Royal Mail Tracked Safeplace™?
Both Next Day and Standard Delivery use the Royal Mail Tracked System. The Tracked System means that the parcel is trackable all the way from us to you. A signature is required only if requested. You can also request for the parcel to be left in designated safe place. A designated ’Safeplace’ can be either a secure weather-proof area on your property, or a near neighbour. Royal Mail will also leave a specially coded P739 (‘Something for you’ card) informing you where your item has been left if the item cannot be left safely or there is no one home to receive this. This also helps us track the parcel safely to your doorstep. Use of the ‘Safeplace’ method does, however mean that you are financially responsible for parcels being lost, stolen or damaged after delivery.

International Items EU and Non EU
International items are sent by Royal Mail International Signed for and a signature is required upon receipt of the parcel.
Delivery within the EU is normally within 5 days of despatch.
Delivery within Non Eu is normally between 5-7 days.
Any parcel requiring a signature will be left at your local collection office if you are not at home to sign for them.
These parcels are normally held at your local collection office for 7 days only. After this time, they normally are returned to us. Whilst we are happy to resend the parcel (once we have received back) we will require you to pay the additional postage costs incurred.
Due to Customs and Excise restrictions we cannot mail aerosol or goods containing alcohol internationally.
Please check if you are liable to pay any import duty, particularly on large numbers of items, we are not responsible for paying this but will complete a Customs declaration in order to ship the parcel to you.
If you want to reclaim VAT it cannot be reclaimed through us and must be reclaimed within the country of receipt.
All our products should reach you in perfect condition. They are all brand new and unopened. If for any reason this is not the case please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
A refund or an exchange will be considered under the following circumstances only:-
The item that you have received is damaged.
The wrong item or colour is received.
You have contacted us with 14 days of the order date.
You change your mind or have ordered the incorrect item, you must let us know this within 7 days of receipt your order.
If the item that is being returned is in a saleable condition, with all its original packaging.
Parcels are only considered lost by Royal Mail after 21 days. Should your parcel fail to be delivered within this time then please contact via email email@example.com
If your item is too big to fit through the letterbox, or you are not in and you have not requested for it to be left in a Royal Mail Tracked Safeplace™, you will receive a P739 “Something for you” card through your letterbox from Royal Mail. This card shows your parcels unique tracking number and you should take the card to the address shown on it (your local Post Office Collection Office) and collect the parcel from there. Please note, Post Office Collection Offices only hold parcels for 7 days until they are returned to the sender.
Should your parcel be returned to us by Royal Mail we will happily resend it to you will be required to pay any extra post costs.
If an incorrect address has been provided we cannot be held responsible for non receipt.
