Dr Nilofer Farjo Features On ITV Granada News

Hot on the heels of the breaking news about the government’s £2m grant for the hair cell therapy (multiplication) trials, ITV cameras and crew paid a visit to the Farjo Hair Institute on October 8th2006, where the trials are taking place.
They interviewed Dr Nilofer Farjo and filmed her demonstrating how the trial is done and concept behind it. The show also included an interview with Mr Nick Higgins, CEO of the trials sponsor Intercytex plc. Dr Farjo went on to demonstrate current hair transplant techniques and environment and how these trials might change this when successful. It is anticipated that the trials will continue for at least another 4 years.
