Elaine is a nurse from Liverpool, England. She first approached us about 3 years ago at the age of 34 suffering from female pattern hair loss. After trying out Minoxidil lotion for a while she opted to have hair transplant surgery with follicular unit grafting. This involved removing a narrow strip from the back of the scalp and then using microscopic dissection to produce the individual follicular unit grafts. This video shows the results of one operation involving around 1350 grafts one year later. She is happy to publicise her case in order to make others in a similar position aware of the potential solution to this problem
