Alex was only 30 years old when he was seen for a consultation in 2022, and had already lost a significant amount of hair, leaving him with a narrow band of safe donor hair area.

At that age, the assessment was that he would very much benefit from hair transplant surgery, but also from maintaining the rest of his hair to prevent further loss and support the transplant.

He underwent two FUE hair transplant procedures in 2022 and 2023, involving a total of 3,923 grafts (approximately 10,062 hairs). The photos here represent his status at 15 months after the 2nd procedure. He is also successfully benefiting from non-surgical treatments in the form of oral finasteride and minoxidil.
