General Information

• You should expect to be at the clinic for most of the day.

• Mobile phones and tablets must be switched off in the operating room. You will be able to check for messages during your lunch break.

• We will be delighted to offer you a complimentary lunch in the form of a sandwich or salad. So, please indicate your preference below using the pull-down menu. However, if you have a specific requirement or preference, please bring your lunch with you. We will also be delighted to offer you complimentary snack bars, biscuits, fruit juices, and filtered water throughout the day. Unfortunately, we are NOT licensed to prepare or heat food items for you.

• Most people feel quite relaxed during the day and may even catch up on some sleep! You can choose to listen to any digital radio station of your choice or watch TV when you are facing forward. In London we have a selection of DVDs, whilst in Manchester the visual choice includes Freeview channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, Apple TV+ and all terrestial catch-up channels.

• On the day of surgery you can bring ONE companion with you when you arrive and to collect you at the end of the day. Young children are not allowed in the building.

• There is a toilet next to the surgery room for use when needed

• If you are more than one-hour travel from either of our clinics, we would recommend that you stay in a local hotel prior to the day of your treatment.

• If your surgery is taking place at our Manchester clinic, we are very central and have an endless number of hotels within walking distance. Click here for our recommended hotel list including some whom we have arranged corporate rates with. As you might expect, in London you have an endless choice, but here is a map with our pinned location and the closest hotels surrounding us .

• Car parking: In London, there is metered street parking in addition to several nearby car parks. The same applies in Manchester, except we do have a private parking space behind the building for drop-off and pick-up. Unfortunately, we do not have space to park during the day longer than 1 hour.
