Ex-England football player and former Manchester City assistant manager, David Platt, shows off his results after he became one of the first people in Europe to have had a FUE hair transplant assisted by a robot back in 2014.
The football pundit joined an elite group who have benefited from the cutting edge technology at the Farjo Hair Institute.
His procedure involved having around 2500 grafts of hair harvested from the back of his head by intelligent robotic software, the ARTAS system, then transplanting them to the front of his scalp.
In his long career, after coming through the youth system at Manchester United, he played for Crewe Alexandra, Aston Villa, Bari, Juventus, Sampdoria, Arsenal and Nottingham Forest. Along the way he collected 62 England caps and scored a famous last minute goal against Belgium at Italia ’90
