Anna-Dawn presented as a 39 year old male wishing to go through transgender process including achieving a typical female hairline rather than the male pattern temple recessions she had. She was already on finastride or propecia. She had 2810 follicular unit grafts removed by strip in 2009 at the Farjo Hair Institute.
